Paste formula clings to vertical surfaces!

Iron X Paste by CarPro is an acid-free, pH-balanced iron remover that decontaminates auto paint and wheels. Iron X Paste has a long dwell time to work as long as needed to remove iron and brake dust spots. Iron X Paste prevents the spread of iron-related damage to protect your vehicle from paint system failure.

Airborne chemical compounds and ferrous (iron-containing) particles penetrate auto paint and create corrosive compounds that eat into the paint's sublayers. Detailing clay removes the particles but it doesn't remove their effects - corrosion may already be creeping under the paint's surface.

The only way to truly remove ferrous particles is with a dedicated iron remover like Iron X Paste. Iron X Paste opens up the paint's pores to release iron particles and to neutralize the caustic compounds that have developed as a result of the particle. In one step, you can eliminate the cause and its effects. Put an immediate stop to paint damage before it's too late.

Iron X Paste is excellent on automotive paint and safely cleans clear coats. Iron X Paste is highly recommended for all clear coated alloy wheels. Brake dust and road grime become baked onto wheels. Brake dust contains high levels of iron and can quickly pit clear coated wheels. Iron X Paste easily removes ferrous brake dust to protect your wheels from further damage. Iron X Paste can save you the cost of replacing your factory wheels!

Note: Iron X Paste should not be used on chrome, bare metal parts, brake calipers, wheel balancing weights, or SMART paint repairs. Mask off these areas. Avoid letting Iron X dry on any surface.

Iron X Paste is easy to use and you can see it working! Iron X Paste turns purple when it comes into contact with sintered iron particles. Iron X Paste turns the iron into a water soluble complex for easy removal. After five minutes of dwell time, wipe down the surface and rinse thoroughly. After using Iron X, you can polish and clay your vehicle as you normally would. Always apply a coat of wax or paint sealant after using Iron X Paste.

Proper vehicle care means cleaning above and below the paint's surface. Iron X Paste Iron Remover removes iron particles and their effects to keep the paint clean and healthy.

Gets burned in race pad material off your clear coated wheels!
I was skeptical. I always am. But I saw an online demo and thought it was worth a try. All I can say is WOW. There are multiple threads on Club Lexus where IS-F owners have complained about wheel pitting. Well, it's not pitting, it's iron from the OEM brake pads getting stuck in the clear coated factory BBS wheels. To throw salt in the wound, I took my car to the track (quite a few times) and ran Carbotech XP-12 pads. I went through three sets of them. Then I decided it was time to clean the wheels once and for all. Google "Wheel pitting on 08 ISF (with solution!)" to see the thread with my pictures of the results on page four. There are before pictures too. Absolutely amazing job. The Iron X made the wheels look as perfect as they were going to look after trying to clean them with other inferior products and mildly abrasive tools. Don't get me wrong, it took a few passes to get it completely free of iron, but in the end, the clear coat was once again clear. More amazing than anything, it only took about 20% of the bottle to do all four wheels to perfection.
ProsEasy to use Amazingly effective Economical You can see it work right in front of your eyes!
ConsDo not use this indoors - smell can be strong Do not use this in direct sunlight - it will dry and be more difficult to remove
Worth every dollar!
This was my first time using the paste. I had previously used the spray with great results. I decided to use the paste to remove rust from deep chips on my car before touching them up. For the really small chips one application would eat away the rust and leave a nice clean surface to start filling in the chip. The paste is really nice since it takes such a small drop to coat the affected area. Let it dwell for several minutes then wipe and rinse off. The thickness keeps it from running and making mess. The larger chips that were deeper took more than one application but it did the job in the end. This would also work great on wheels where you have a particular spot that needs to be decontaminated after using the spray.

Overall thus is a great product and after going over all the spots on my daily driver I might have used 5% of the bottle. This stuff goes a long way...
This is an overlooked product. Give it a few months until people have tried it and realize its true power and potential. Its 10x as concentrated as the spray version which is an incredible product already. The paste is made for especially stubborn deposits but is capable of much more as well. I have a full review on the forum I'll be posting in a few weeks that will show you what I mean.
