Shipping Information

Shipping Method:

All merchandise is shipped via Ground service throughout the Contiguous U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.

Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Custom items cannot be expedited.

Exactly when will my package be delivered?

Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.

Please note that the Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via our ordering system, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. Shipping Rates: Continental USA
Shipping rates include Handling, Packing and Insurance.
We charge a flat rate based on the order value. 

Expedited orders shipping to a different billing address may be delayed or require a signature. AutoGeek reserves the right to request that expedited orders ship only to the billing address and to require a signature. You will be notified by phone or email if your order is delayed or requires a signature.

Due to federal regulations orders with aerosol items are not permitted to go air. Orders must placed by 11:00 a.m. EST to ship out the same business day. Not available for oversized and custom items, hot water extractors, complete wash systems, special order items and vacuums.

Orders including cases or bulk items must ship via Ground only.


Address Corrections?

  • If your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for free. Couriers charge $10 to redirect a package once it has shipped. There is no charge for us to correct the address before the package is shipped.
