All merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground service throughout the Continental U.S. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending on where you live.
Florida Residents-Please note: Packages shipped within Florida will arrive in one business day via Standard FedEx ground service (except for the Panhandle). It is not necessary to pay for any type of expedited service.
Some items are custom made to order and require additional time or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Custom items cannot be expedited.
Exactly when will my package be delivered?
FedEx Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. FedEx Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Please note that the FedEx Service Guarantee applies only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and other events that may occur.
How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via our ordering system, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. Shipping rates include Handling, Packing and Insurance.
We charge a flat rate based on the order value. Please note that shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher than these prices. On oversized items, we have noted that the item will require a shipping rate quote for expedited or international shipping. These items include, but are not limited to: buffers, complete wash systems, and vacuums.
FLORIDA & INDIANA RESIDENTS enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $150 shipped within Florida or Indiana!
Expedited Shipping Methods:
We also provide FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day. See chart for pricing information. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working FedEx days the day of shipment can not be included when calculating the delivery date. IE if your order ships on Monday, Tuesday would be the first day of shipment. Exclude Saturdays, Sundays and non-working holidays. Orders shipping within the continental US (48 states) must be placed by 11:00 a.m. EST to ship out the same business day. These Expedited rates are for all orders that can be sent via FedEx Ground Service within the Continental United States only. * Expedited rates listed here apply to orders under $500. Orders totaling $500 or more will require an additional shipping charge. A representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Orders including cases or bulk items must ship via FedEx Ground only.
Shipping on over-sized packages, packages with heavy liquids, buffers, or vacuums could be higher. Also, the above quoted air rates will be higher on over-sized packages. This would apply to international orders that can not be shipped by ground transport.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico will ship via FedEx 2nd-Day Air service or USPS.

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Autogeek merchandise wherever you are in the world. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We will handle customs forms. Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products due to federal regulations. Canada Shipping Rates
Shipping rates include Handling, Packing, Insurance and VAT. In order to make it simple for you, we charge one low delivery charge based on the total value of your order.

Due to increased shipping costs, we require a $100 minimum purchase on international orders. Shipping on international orders will vary. We ask that international customers place an order on the website and choose International Shipping for the shipping option. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. *If you pay via PayPal, funds will be automatically withdrawn by PayPal. Within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, we will email you a shipping rate quote based on the actual weight of your order. Upon your approval of the quote, we will charge your credit card and ship your order. We cannot ship your order until we receive your approval. *Please note, if you add anything to your order after we have calculated shipping, the price will increase because of the increased weight.

- We cannot control delivery times to international destinations.

- We are unable to ship Buy One, Get One items, clearance items, or other sale items made by PBMG to freight forwarders or to international customers. International orders over $500 dollars may require a bank transfer.
- International orders can ONLY ship to the billing address.
- We can not be responsible for damaged packages once they leave the freight forwarder.

- If your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for free. FedEx charges $10 to redirect a package once it has shipped. There is no charge for us to correct the address before the package is shipped.
