Account Issues

Rewards points

To view your rewards, log into your account and navigate to My Account → My Rewards. Rewards earned from recent orders become active 15 days after the order date.

Order history

Previous orders can be viewed by logging into your account and selecting My Account → My Orders. Only orders placed while logged in will appear.

Password and username help

If you are unable to access your account, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page or contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Redeeming rewards and store credit

Rewards may be redeemed from My Account → My Rewards. Once redeemed, store credit will be available during checkout and can be applied before payment.

Placing Orders

Changing an order

Orders cannot be modified once they have been placed. Please review your cart carefully before submitting your order.

Cancelling an order

Orders are processed quickly and may ship before a cancellation request can be completed. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully prior to checkout.

Using coupons and store credit

One coupon code may be used per order and may be combined with store credit. Multiple coupon codes cannot be stacked.

Coupon exclusions

Coupon codes do not apply to previously placed orders, gift certificates, heavily discounted items, Buy One Get One offers, polishers, polisher kits, detailing classes, custom or drop-shipped items, bulk or case quantities, and select tools or equipment. Only one coupon code may be used per order.

The term “Sitewide*” applies to all products not listed in standard exclusions and does not require a minimum order value unless otherwise stated.

Additional promotional exclusions

Free or flat-rate shipping promotions apply only to ground shipping within the contiguous United States after discounts are applied. Oversized, bulk, drop-shipped, or select items may incur additional shipping charges.

Limited-time promotions, including bonus items and Buy One Get One offers, are valid only during the stated promotional period.

Order processing and shipping

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take an additional business day. Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.

At this time, we do not ship internationally unless a freight forwarder is used.

Shipping to a different address

Orders may be shipped to an address different from the billing address. Additional verification may be required for security purposes.

Signature-required delivery and special shipping services are not available at checkout.

We ship to military addresses.

Free shipping qualifications

Free shipping promotions are based on the order total after discounts. Oversized, bulk, custom, and select items are excluded.

Returns & Exchanges

Return policy

New, factory-sealed products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return options include store credit (with no restocking fee) or a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee for opened or non-refundable items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturer warranties

Some tools and machines are covered by manufacturer warranties. Autogeek will assist with warranty claims when applicable; however, warranty decisions are determined by the manufacturer.

Product Use & Limitation of Liability

Autogeek sells professional-grade detailing products intended for proper and informed use. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their vehicle and for following all manufacturer instructions.

Tools, brushes, and accessories may cause damage if used improperly, with excessive pressure, or on delicate or unsuitable surfaces. Products should always be tested in a small, inconspicuous area before full use.

Autogeek is not responsible for damage to vehicles, wheels, paint, trim, coatings, or other property resulting from misuse, improper application, or failure to follow product instructions.

Autogeek’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not cover vehicle repairs, part replacement, labor costs, or any incidental or consequential damages.
