Mobile Terms of Service

The AutoGeek mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by AutoGeek (“AutoGeek”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to AutoGeek’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of AutoGeek through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with AutoGeek. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333263061 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other AutoGeek mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Autogeek (“Company”) respects your privacy, and takes the responsibility of protecting the personal and business information that you provide to us via the Autogeek.com website (the “Site”) very seriously. To that end, Company herein discloses its privacy practices and the possible uses of the information that it gathers via its Site (the “Privacy Policy”).
What information does Company collect?
In order to purchase products via the Site, take part in promotional activities for Company’s products, obtain information from Company, or have questions answered by Company, Company may request and/or collect personal information that may include, without limitation, your first and last name, home address, shipping address, phone number, email address, credit or debit card number, and feedback on Company’s products (“Personal Information”). By entering Personal Information on the Site, you consent to our use of the Personal Information for purposes related to the Site and the products offered and/or provided on or in connection with the Site. Company does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from or about a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from our systems.
Information Sharing
Company may disclose your Personal Information to its affiliates, as well as third party partners that: (a) assist Company in fulfilling orders from customers; and (b) provide promotional services on behalf of Company. Company may also disclose your Personal Information if required or permitted to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of Company or the users of the Site, or to act under urgent circumstances to protect the safety of Company or its employees or a member of the public. Company may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Information to a buyer or transferee of all or a portion of its assets in conjunction with the sale or transfer of such assets. Company may participate in bulk email solicitations that you have not consented to receiving (i.e., “spam”). Company does not sell or disclose client lists or email address lists to unrelated third parties. Except as otherwise provided herein; Company does not share Personal Information with any third party advertisers. However, Company may share aggregated anonymous information with third party advertisers, but this aggregated anonymous information cannot be matched with you personally unless you voluntarily share your Personal Information with the third party advertisers.
Use of cookies
Like many companies, Company uses cookies and log files on the Site. A cookie is a small string of text that a website can send to your browser that is intended to enhance your visit. Personal Information that is contained in cookies will be protected to the same degree as any other Personal Information that we collect about you. Effective Date/Changes to our Privacy Policy This policy was last modified on April 26, 2018. Please note that Company may update this Privacy Policy from time-to-time, and you should check this page periodically for changes.
