BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating Kit

Necessary accessories included!

BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating Kit includes the much-anticipated BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating, the BLACKFIRE Coating Applicator, and the BLACKFIRE Suede Microfiber Coating Towels - all of these supplies allow you to start your paint coating right away (after proper paint prep, of course!).

BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating bridges the gap between entry level commercial ceramic coatings and professional-only industrial ceramic coatings, allowing everyone to achieve an extraordinary mirror-like shine! BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating was designed using a solvent and fluorine free formula to maximize its user-safety and ensure that it can be applied anywhere, even in enclosed environments. The thermoplastic component contained in the formula for BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating creates a flexible, cross-linked matrix that provides 9H+ hardness that is graded to last up to 2 years when properly maintained. The incredible structural integrity of this matrix makes BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating one of the most abrasion and corrosion resistant ceramic coatings on the market today!
BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating provides an increased level of protection compared to what you would typically receive from a ceramic coating.

The introduction of ceramic coatings into the automotive detailing industry has pushed the limits of the level of protection that is available. When the expected life-time of these coatings is measured in years, it is difficult to shy away from the protection that they offer. There is one major downfall that these ceramic coatings tend to have in common though, they are much more difficult to apply than your standard car wax. When the BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating was being formulated, maximizing the ease of use was a crucial aspect to achieve, and achieved it was. BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating was formulated without any aromatic solvents that would otherwise negatively affect the consistency and viscosity of this product, drastically increasing how difficult it is to apply.

BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating provides an increased level of protection compared to what you would typically receive from a ceramic coating. This increase in protection is due to the unique thermoplastic components used in the formulation of BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating. This thermoplastic component works on the molecular level to form a cross-linked matrix that is capable of flexing with your paint surface. The cross-linked structure of this matrix is what provides the incredible 9H+ hardness level that BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating boasts, while the ability to flex with your paint gives it the durability to protect your paint for up to 2 years. Of course, all the while, this matrix will repel any moisture away from your paint surface, causing water to bead and sheet off!
BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating is easily applied with the BLACKFIRE Coating Applicator and the BLACKFIRE Suede Microfiber Coating Towels, creating that perfect shine.

If you are a person who takes great care of their vehicle, it is unlikely that applying a ceramic coating will be the last thing you do to your vehicle. Your maintenance washes and chemical decontaminations will likely continue so you can maintain the best shine possible. These highly corrosive and abrasive processes would typically break down most protective products and cut the lifetime of them in half. The chemical composition of BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating allows it to resist the damage that these necessary processes tend to create, allowing it to far outlast the point where other protective products would begin to breakdown and fail!
Once applied, BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating provides an unparalleled level of gloss, hydrophobicity, and shine.

If necessary, use BLACKFIRE Compound and BLACKFIRE Polish to remove swirls and scratches from your paint's surface. If paint correction is necessary, you can use BLACKFIRE Prep Spray to prep the surface for proper bonding.

If your vehicle does not have any major imperfections, BLACKFIRE Pro Primer Polish can be used to remove light swirls and scratches as well as prep the surface for the application of BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating.

• Shake this product well before use.

• Wrap a suede towel around a foam applicator block and apply a straight line of product onto the towel.

• Working in a 3’ x 3’section, apply the product to the paint in straight lines with a 50% overlap between strokes. Allow BLACKFIRE Pro Ceramic Coating to flash then gently buff the surface with a soft, dry microfiber towel. Switch to a clean side of the towel frequently to avoid streaking.

• If you would like to apply a second coat, you may do so immediately after the first. Allow this product to cure for 12 hours before exposure to moisture. Avoid washing your vehicle for 72 hours after application.

Simple to use, great finish!
First time I have ever done a ceramic coating, and man was it easy! After 10 hours of paint correction, it took me about 1.5 hours per coat to put the ceramic coating on. I did everything including the windows. It looks great. It was about 40 degrees out and the humidity was high. It flashed quickly even in these conditions. Was VERY easy to buff off! I am thrilled with the look. Time will tell on the durability of the coating!
ProsEasy to use! Wipes off easy after flashing! Time will tell on durability.
ConsAs with any coating, requires Alot of prep work, but that doesn't go against the product. Having to leave the vehicle in a garage for the cure time can suck if it's your daily driver, but we'll worth it to protect your investment.

4th vehicle done and happy with all.
Did my wife's Rav4 first over a year ago and it is still beading up. Its her daily driver and garaged kept. Then i did my Ford Explorer that had 153,000 on it before selling it. The dealer said he never saw one that old and that clean!
Bought a Jeep Wrangler and processed that vehicle with all Blackfire products and my BOSS 21 buffer. Smaller areas were done with my Porter Cable 5". That never looked so good, I get Compliments all the time on the looks and shine.
I just finished with my Chev. Silverado Pickup truck. 90% of any watermarks came off and finished up with the Ceramic Pro coating from Blackfire. See for your self how it looks. My grandsone left me his little car to do until he comes back to visit.
Thanks Mike Phillips for the class i attended and the confidence to do this on my own.
Prosproduct is easy to apply and remove.
Conswatch the humidity when buffing off the ceramic coating.
2004 mustang gt sonic blue convertible
I washed n clayed my car. I used the pro primer polish and waited an hour. I applied the ceramic coating. I found this to be easy to apply and remove. I previously used the crystal coat and I found it to be a nightmare to work with. I let the car sit in garage overnight to fully cure and took it to a local car show and it looked amazing. I received a lot of compliments
ProsI like the ease of application and final results. awesome product

Blackfire Pro Ceramic IS the BEST
I have detailed my own car for more years then I would like to admit .... I purchased a new SUV and was looking at the new stuff on the market ... stopped by my local body shop who also has a detailing business and he told me about how they Ceramic coat vehicles AND the $800 cost in having that done. I was floored by the cost. He also stated they do the wheels inside and out by taking them off. How hard would that be? So I got the Ceramic coating and applicator and suede cloth pack and some prep to prepare and clean the paint etc. for application. Even though it is a new vehicles I used clay on the finish. Well 5 hours later a diamond. What a shine and such a slick finish. In the rain and yes some snow it rolls right off AND all coated areas do not hold the film and dirt as much as before it being coated. Highly recommended
ProsEasy to apply and remove .... just follow the easy instructions
ConsIf you by chance you miss an area it will show once dried. Applying an additional coat over the prior coated and not coated areas will not blend it in. Best to use a compound and lightly do that area and then Ceramic coat ... no biggie!
Great shine, difficult removal
This is very easy to apply and very little is needed. If you wait too long to buff off, you have a real job on your hands. In my case on a cloudy day at about 84 degrees, 5 minutes was too long. There are some spots that I could not buff off and are still hazy after about a month. I am not sure how to remove them other than a fine rubbing compound. The instructions say to wait on buffing until the product flashes off. I am not sure at what point I should start buffing. I wish the instructions would state what the finish will withstand when cleaning so that you could know if later spot applications are needed. I had to use alcohol to remove some insect residue. I do not know if that affects the SiO2 or not.
ProsGood gloss, beads water well.
ConsBuffing off takes a lot of effort. The material tries to grab the microfiber towel which requires a lot of effort to overcome. Not like wax. Even after curing out, the surface is not slick like a wax job.
