Montana Original 10 inch Boar's Hair Car Wash Brush & Telescopic Handle

Extend your reach with this telescoping handle. There’s no better way to clean tall SUVs, trucks, and vans!

The Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Wash Brush is pure luxury! It gently massages the paint surface to release dirt and grime while protecting the paint with all the slippery suds it holds within its bristles. From luxury sedans to sporty coupes, any vehicle can benefit from the soft touch of boar’s hair.

Now you can take your Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Brush to new heights with the Telescopic Handle! This 26 inch handle telescopes to 45 inches (that’s almost 4 feet!) so you can reach the tops of trucks and SUVs with ease. Wash the middle of the windshield on your F350 or the roof of your H2. The handle makes it possible!

The Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Brush & Telescopic Handle is designed for your convenience and your vehicle’s protection. The brush head is 10” wide (2 inches narrower than our a la carte brush) in order to fit into any standard wash bucket with a 10 inch diameter. The brush fits perfectly into our Autogeek Complete Wash System with Dolly.

Plus, this Boar’s Hair Brush is outlined with a rubber strip to protect the paint surface from accidental impact.

The telescopic handle is made of indestructible aluminum with a plastic grip and threaded insert. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, even when reaching areas over your head. When you work your way down to more accessible panels, simply unscrew the handle from the brush head.

Our Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Wash Brush is packed with four hundred hairs per bundle. Boar’s hair is naturally fathered at the ends but our bristles are flagged (split) one more time before being affixed to the heavy duty plastic handle. The tight bundles of hair ensure that the bristles remain sturdy as they gently whisk away dirt and grime from your vehicle. This brush is 100% genuine boar’s hair!

Use the Montana Original 10 inch Boar’s Hair Brush & Telescopic Handle to wash RVs and boats, too. The soft boar’s hair bristles are just as gentle on fiberglass and gel coats.

If you’re going to use our finest wash tool, you might as well use our best shampoo! Dilute 1-2 ounces of Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo in a five gallon bucket for excellent lubrication and suds. For the best results, fill a second bucket with clean water and rinse the brush before reloading it with soap. This technique prevents recontamination of the vehicle.

The Montana Original 10 inch Boars Hair Wash Brush & Telescopic Handle can’t be beat when it comes to gentle, luxurious cleansing of your large vehicle. The 10 inch brush and extendable handle bring a clean, shiny finish within your reach.

Handle is 26 inches. Telescopes to 45 inches.
Brush is 10 inches wide with 4 inch bristles.
Purchase separately or as a combo.

Made in U.S.A.

Detailing Tip: It's recommended you soak your boar's hair wash brush in soapy water for a few minutes before use to make the hairs softer and more pliable.

BRUSH is awesome. HANDLE is worthless.
Dont let the bad handle keep you from buying this. The brush alone anywhere you buy it, is $80. Make sure you buy a handle when you get this brush. There is a high chance the handle it comes with will break the first time you use it. Mine did and as you see in most reviews, other have as well. The brush is crazy awesome. Super soft after it sets in soapy water for 5 minutes or so. Cant wait to get a good quality handle on it. Luckily my handle broke when i was basically done so i got a full use out of the brush. Used with a foam cannon, it made cleaning the car sooo easy and quick. Brush will break at the threads. Get an aluminum threaded handle.
ProsBrush works great and it super soft. Let it soak for 5 minutes in soapy water before use.
ConsHandle is worthless. Might as well sell it without it to save on shipping cost and lower the cost of the brush by $5. Thats $5 i can put towards a quality aluminum threaded handle.

Love the Boar's Hair Brush
I have a brand new car and want to treat it with loving care. It's a cabriolet and must be hand washed. This brush worked very well and the expandable pole helps make the job easier.
ProsSoft brush

Great brush! Say no to the handle
Well they say I saved some money by buying the brush and handle but the handle broke the very first time I used it. Then I just used a handle I already had. The brush itself is awesome. I only went to the bucket 4 to 5 times. Very soft and holds the soap.
ProsVery very soft.
ConsDon't buy the handle very poor construction.

Love the brush but not the handle
I love the brush but the plastic handle is too short and the diameter too small. The other problem is every time I would wash across an uneven part of the car the handle starts to come loose from the brush head. The handle should have a set screw on the threaded end to prevent it from coming loose from the brush head .I am going to get rid of the plastic handle and go with a good old fashion wood handle.Save your money and buy a wooden handle at a hardware store but would highly recommend the brush head.
ProsGreat brush head,worth the money.
ConsSave your money and buy a wood handle.

Good for use on a vehicle prior to doing finish work. Even with presoaking as directed, it showed tons of scratches on a test portion of my 2008 Tundra/black.
ProsGood for unprocessed vehicles
ConsToo scratchy for higher finished vehicles

Decent Brush But Not Perfect
I purchased 2 of these brushes w/telescope pole. The brush does a good job of washing the vehicles without scratching any paint. I have noticed that even with a lot of suds the brush will not totaly clean the bottom of the car and bottom of rear quarter panels. It leaves lines of dirt that correspond to the brush marks. Sometimes I have to go over these spots 3 times and even use a sponge to get them clean. These ususally are the dirtest parts of the car and yes I keep my vehicles waxed. Also, one of the telescope poles snapped off at the bottom where the plastic piece attatches to the brush. I will see if they will replace it at no charge -- only had the brush 3 months, but with heavy use.
