This is a costly procedure that once eliminated, results in a product that loses over half of its absorbing and cleaning ability.

Once the microfibers used in the Microfiber Detailing Cloth have undergone the "splitting" process, the strands are then densely woven into thousands of tiny "loops" that form hook-like claws that act as scrubbers, and can gently get into even microscopic crevices and crannies, lifting away dirt particles and trapping them within the weave.
