Traditional meets the new!

Gyeon Q2 Wax is a unique formula as it includes, fluorine. Gyeon Q2 Wax is great for extreme water beading, color enhancement and intense gloss. Gyeon Q2 Wax can be used as a standalone product or even as a topper for a ceramic coating. Plus, Gyeon Q2 Wax is easy-to-use and can be used by DYI users, enthusiasts and professionals.

Gyeon Q2 Wax uses a similar formula as Q2 Booster, as it creates a highly reactive topcoat. This product will provide excellent hydrophobic properties that allow for water to bead up and roll off the surface, rather than stick around and create contaminated water spots. Not only that, but Gyeon Q2 Wax is an extremely glossy one, that will enhance any color vehicle.

Gyeon Q2 Wax is special as it has specialized formula by using fluorine. Fun fact, fluorine is known for being used with skis, as it repels moisture, allowing for faster and easier gliding. It works with car wax in a similar way, at least in the beneficial way or repelling water.

Hobbyists and professionals alike will love Gyeon Q2 Wax for not only it's protection and look, but also for its ease of use. It is easy on and easy wipe off! Before using Gyeon Q2 Wax, make sure you prep your surface by washing and degreasing the surface. Once the surface is ready, apply a light and even layer over your painted surface. Allow Gyeon Q2 Wax to cure for 30 minutes before you wipe of with a microfiber towel.

-Wash and degrease the surface properly for maximum performance.
-Apply a light and uniform layer over dry paintwork.
-Leave it to cure for a minimum of 30 minutes
-Wipe-off using Q2M PolishWipe or microfiber towel.

Great Product
Application of the product went as advertised. It has only been on the car for a week but it produced a very nice sheen and does repel water with ease. One thing to leep in mind. It states that is is safe for trim surfaces. However, in my case even though I buffed vigorously there are still some places where the wax dried with a white residue on my black trim.
ProsFairly easy to apply.
ConsStay away from applying to black trim surfaces.

Great product
Ease of use is great and love the post application shine and hydrophobic properties. Definitely will use and buy again!
Smells nice
Another great product from gyeon. It comes in a nice package along with a towel and applicator pad. It has a nice smell and gives a great gloss after waxing.
ProsNice smell
Consthe price. Cheaper waxes can give the same results. You pay more just because of the name. Still a great wax to use if you are brand loyal.

Unlike any wax I've ever used
I first started with Gyeon Bathe+, then Tire, then Trim, then Wetcoat and finally Gyeon Wax. The downside is, I didn't start with Wax to put down that good base because you don't ideally want to apply it over Bathe+ or Wetcoat - those would go on top.

Since I used Bathe+ and Wetcoat, I decided to try the Wax on a specific area first. I needed some paint correction on the hood and front fenders on my '15 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, so I first performed some light cutting on those areas and removed some swirls and light scratching. I then applied a ceramic wax of my choice and let it cure for about 24 hours. That's when I applied Gyeon Wax and I let it dry for about 40 minutes and then removed it with a microfiber, then buffed it with the Gyeon cloth. The finish looks amazing.

Over quite a few years, I've tried many products, but I can tell you that the Gyeon products that I've now tried recently, that I think these will be what I will use from now on. They are great products.

Confession: I have tried the Wax on top of the Bathe+/Wetcoat in a few small spots just to see what it looks and feels like and I think it looks great. I imagine that the Wax will not want to adhere to the Bathe+ or Wetcoat treated surface and that's why they suggest it as a base instead.
ProsEasy to apply Very forgiving if you get it on glass or trim It looks amazing on painted surfaces
ConsIt's not a cheap date
