Interesting Product
I thought I was crazy for buying another spray product for my car. It's a deep maroon tin coat. I watched the mothers video on YouTube. I was too lazy to strip off the current wax, so I applied this right over the top. It goes on like instant retailer. I kind of spread it around and let it dry for a minute. Buffed it off and it looked great. Just like everything else. I got caught in the rain. I wiped off the car in the garage and found that one yellow towel is all it took to dry the entire car. I never emptied the towel once. The rain simply didn't stick in much quantity. Yeah, I think it's worth a try and I trust Mothers products.

Minimize your Car Washes
Need two layers... and thereafter the rain will keep it clean! Just need to detail the road spray away.
Applied to glass and plastics... works great on both. Been applying to my home windows... just to watch the water repel!
Pros- Easy to apply. Do not rub in. Spray and smear the first coat. Can finger mitt apply the second. - Layers makes for amazing protection. - CMX car wash adds/ maintains the protection ... beware there are no suds. - Using up my existing stock of waxes and sealants as layers over the top of CMX. Just don't see a need for them any more. - Wife enjoys the afternoon rains here in FL. Rinses away any dirt on her car! - Waiting to see how it holds up on wheels.
ConsNone so far.

Mothers Ceramic
Really enjoy this product ..Goes on easy bonds in minutes and easy removal leaving a noticeable deep shine ..Also applied it to the windows and when a heavy thunderstorm came through the next day the rain could barely stay on the car ...Would highly recommend this product!!

Great product
I am a big fan of Mothers products and have been using their pure paste wax for many years. It was tough for me to try a spray on product since I only use their paste wax. I must say CMX is fantastic. Easy to use and the results speak for themselves. Washed my Durango last weekend and water still beads and rolls off after about 6 months of applying. Excellent product and recommend to all.
ProsEasy to use, excellent durability, paint looks like glass, all at a fair price.
ConsNone. But I wish it could be in the form of a paste wax.

Mothers CMX is dissapointing
I bought this product on a whim after reading up on it some. I am a big fan of their triple action foam wash and was hoping this would be a great new product as well. I have used it both on paint and on wheels and have been very underwhelmed both times. I still have about 3/4 of the bottle left that I will likely toss as I do not think it is worth even giving away.
Pros- none
Cons- cost - lack of ease of use - white residue on towels
