not worth it
Had dried on wax on the trim of a certified Porsche Cayenne. Griots looked like it removed it for a minute then it dried and looked the same :( I'm an experienced detailer too. Save your money.
ConsDoes not work as advertised.

I use this product about 3 times a year on my paint.... not on trim or rubber parts like windshield molding etc, just painted metal. It works great and really gets my old wax off. Very easy to apply and just as easy to wipe off.

Follow directions on the bottle and you too will be happy.

Didn't work for me
I used this product in an attempt to remove dried polish/wax residue from smooth rubber trim around windows and on textured plastic inserts on the bumpers of my E36 BMW.

Completely disappointed. After working for over an hour, and scrubbing with every kind of cloth, sponge, and brush I could think of, I gave up. The product is completely liquid, so soaking a vertical area isn't possible - it would just drip off. Even soaking a horizontal surface is difficult because the product beads up and is repelled by the wax/polish; it doesn't penetrate the stain.

I was able to get some of the wax residue off the rubber trim. But in the process, the area I was working on got dried out / cloudy / streaky.

There was zero improvement to the textured plastic on the bumpers.

The "age" of the residue doesn't seem to make a difference. Before writing this review I tested residue from a same-day wax job, and residue over a year old. Minimal improvement either way.

This product fell far short of expectations - in terms of ease of use, time needed, and quality of results. I followed the directions, and this is NOT the quick and easy solution it claims to be. I suspect it is just alcohol in a fancy bottle based on color, smell, consistency, and rate of evaporation.
ProsNice sturdy bottle
ConsNo brush, sponge, or applicator or any type included Runny liquid makes it difficult to saturate a vertical surface Runny liquid drips if you try to apply with it with a toothbrush (or similar) Alcohol smell

It can help
It works better than anything else I have tried, but I was also disappointed that the wax on the gray plastic rail guard on my truck did not come completely clean. Maybe there is nothing out there that can make up for over buffing wax onto the trim pieces.
ProsTakes some wax residue off
ConsDoes not remove all was residue from plastic trim pieces.
Not impressed
I bought this product to clear up some wax on a couple of different vehicle's trim from improper application. This product would not remove the wax on either, with different wax and different styles of trim. I followed the directions on the label moving in one direction. After about 30min of use on one tiny spot with little to no results, I gave up. Same with the other spots I tried to remove.
