Unsung hero pad!
I love all things Jescar, and when I was due for some new pads, I couldn't pass these up for the price. I use quite a few orange light cutting/heavy polishing pads from "other" manufacturers often. They are what I use with light compounds and heavy polishes, and then I usually follow up with a light polishing pad and finishing polish. Well, these medium-cut pads from Jescar worked SO well. They are a firmer pad than what I am used to, but I fell in love with them. They didn't soak up product, they cleaned out easily, and they actually removed defects as well as other orange pads while finishing down very nicely. I wanted to remove some bad hard water spot etching and light random swirls from the hood of my old Corvette, which has really hard clear coat. I teamed up these yellow Jescar pads with some 3D "One" and my Griot's G9 machine. The results really blew me away.
ProsAffordable, good cutting power, finishes down well, firm foam
ConsJust beware. These are best for flat panel areas only. Pads are firm and difficult to use around curves. They don't flex much.
