Menzerna Intensive Shine Kit

Intensify the shine with Menzerna polishes!

The Menzerna Intensive Shine Kit is for moderate swirl removal and shine enhancement using your dual action polisher. The Menzerna polishes included in this kit are the same polishes used by paint repair technicians to remove imperfections on newly cured paint to create a new car shine.

In the Menzerna Intro Kit we paired Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish and Menzerna Final Finish 3000, both formulated to remove flaws on fresh repair coatings and all types of paint, with or without a clear coat. PO 91E Intensive Polish removes 2000 grit sanding scratches, swirls, and scratches on old and new paint finishes. Final Polish removes 2500 grit sanding scratches and light swirls on fresh paints and on vehicles prepolished with PO 91E Intensive Polish. This two part system will create a gorgeous gloss that will absolutely glow under a coat of wax.

Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish defies convention! PO 91E Intensive Polish is capable of removing 2000 grit sanding scratches, oxidation, compounding swirls and other defects without hazing. Based on its abilities you’d think it’s a compound but, in fact, Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish is just what the name says – a polish on steroids! Use PO 91E Intensive Polish before Final Polish.

32 oz. Menzerna Final Finish 3000
Menzerna Final Finish 3000 is a pure polish with no glaze, fillers, or silicones. The water-based formula contains no solvent. It is safe on fresh OEM coatings and new repair coatings. Menzerna Final Finish 3000 will not create new swirls or leave haze, and it creates no dust. It leaves only a high gloss finish on all colors and types of paint, with or without a clear coat. This is called Menzerna Final Finish 3000 but it’s an ideal first polish for newer vehicles that only have very fine swirls. The abrasives are extremely finely milled to prevent the creation of new swirls. Even on black paint, Menzerna Final Finish 3000 will produce an outstanding shine without a trace of micro marring.

2 Microfiber Towels, 16 x 16 inches
These versatile microfiber towels are great for any variety of detailing tasks, from general washing and scrubbing off road contaminants, to applying and buffing off wax and all-in-one protectants. All the Detailing Cloths boast an 80/20 polyester/polyamide blend in a special “feather” weave that increases their absorption properties, guaranteeing high performance and durability.

CCS 6.5 Inch White Polishing Foam Pad
The white polishing pad features dense foam for the application of cleaner waxes and micro fine polishes. This pad has very light cutting power so it’s perfect for pre-wax cleaners.

CCS Black 6.5 Inch Finishing Foam Pad
Composition is firm enough to withstand added pressure during final finishing to remove buffer swirls. The black finishing pad has no cut and will apply thin, even coats of waxes, sealants, and glazes.

4 - 6 Inch Microfiber Bonnets
These six-inch microfiber bonnets are well-made, reversible, and machine washable. With a 70/30 blend, they are super soft and gentle on all paint finishes. Cover your foam pad directly or layer them over the lamb’s wool leveling pad for a more cushioned application. Either way, they are superior at applying products, polishing and shining automotive paint.

The Menzerna Intensive Shine Kit will restore older, weathered paint finishes or new repair coatings using Menzerna’s finely milled abrasive technology. The polishes create no dust or marring of the paint. In fact, you can go straight from Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish to finishing on most light colored vehicles. Use Menzerna Final Finish 3000 to restore optimum gloss to dark paints or as a finishing polish any time the paint needs a boost in gloss.

The pads and bonnets included in this kit work with the Porter Cable 7424XP or other dual action polisher with a 5 or 6 Inch backing plate. The backing plate and polisher are sold separately.



Application:
Work out of direct sunlight on a clean, dry vehicle.

1. Put the white pad onto your Porter Cable 7424XP or other dual action polisher. Apply an X of Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish across the pad. With the polisher turned off, spread the polish on a 2 x 2 sq. ft. section of paint. Note: Using the white pad with Menzerna PO 91E Intensive Polish will remove light to moderate imperfections. If you have more pronounced swirls, use an orange light cutting pad.
2. Turn the polisher on between 5 and 6 and work the polish into the paint in a side to side, overlapping motion. When the polish begins to dry, turn the polisher off and lift it off the paint.
3. Use one of the included Microfiber Polishing Cloths to wipe away the residue. You can also use a bonnet but you must place the bonnet over a lambswool pad (not included) to provide a cushion between the backing plate and the bonnet.
4. Remove the white pad and put on the black pad. The black foam has no cut so using it with Menzerna Final Finish 3000 will give the paint a light, shine-enhancing polishing.
5. Apply an X of Menzerna Final Finish 3000 across the black pad. With the polisher turned off, spread the polish on a 2 x 2 sq. ft. section of paint.
6. Turn the polisher on between 4 and 5 and work the polish into the paint in a side to side, overlapping motion. When the polish begins to dry, turn the polisher off and lift it off the paint.
7. Use one of the included Microfiber Polishing Cloths to wipe away the residue. You can also use a bonnet but you must place the bonnet over a lambswool pad (not included) to provide a cushion between the backing plate and the bonnet.
8. Always apply a wax or sealant after polishing.
