From the manufacturer
DP Graphene Quick Detailer
The power of graphene in a quick spray.
DP Graphene Quick Detailer is formulated with graphene (hence the name) to add unmatched gloss, slickness and hydrophobicity. After DP Graphene Quick Detailer has cleaned away surface contaminants, your vehicle will have that 'just detailed' look. Best of all, DP Graphene Quick Detailer comes in the ease of spray, making detailing your car as simple a spray and wipe!
But before we explain the benefits of DP Graphene Quick Detailer… what exactly is graphene? Graphene is the strongest material known to man; you may know it is as graphite. Imagine it as a honeycomb sheet, thick with carbon atoms. That's why the automotive world likes graphene, because it can easily be added to plastics, metals or other materials to make it stronger.
Compared to ceramic coatings, graphene reduces heat on the surface of your paint, so water spotting is even less likely. And that honeycomb designed we mentioned? That design allows for a high contact angle for water to bead off easier.
First and foremost, DP Graphene Quick Detailer has advanced cleaning powers that cut through dirt, grime, and grease with ease. This gets your surface ready for the three bonus factors that you get with the uniquely added graphene-oxide infusion. And those are unmatched gloss, slickness and hydrophobicity.
The graphene and hydrophobicity allow for harder, more heat resistant protection, but also protection against water from sticking around and creating etched in water spots.
Your end result will be a freshly detailed looking car, with amazing water beading and optimal shine. Your vehicle will look as though you spent hours of painstakingly intricate detailing, when in reality, it only took you a few minutes and a few spritzes.
As powerful as DP Graphene Quick Detailer is, you'd except it be a long and complicated process, right? Wrong! DP Graphene Quick Detailer is just that, quick. Coming in the convenience of a spray bottle, DP Graphene Quick Detailer is done in just a few fluid movements. All you have to do for this quick detailer is spray DP Graphene Quick Detailer directly onto the surface, wipe on with a microfiber towel and then flip the towel to a new side and buff away.
Be kind with DP Graphene Quick Detailer because a little goes a long way. Best of all, DP Graphene Quick Detailer is non-streaking, so your surface will always end up looking sleek.
1. Shake well before use.
2. Spray DP Graphene Quick Detailer directly onto the surface, a little goes a long way.
3. Wipe on using a clean microfiber towel.
4. Flip to a fresh side of your towel and buff surface to a high shine.
Love detailing my own car!
Normally my cars are the last to get detailed because I'm usually detailing everyone else's car. Isn't that how it always goes for any profession? With the launch of this new DP line of products I had previously washed my car using the new DP Ceramic Wash and this left me with a perfect candidate car to test out this new graphene spray detailer. I would note that you can use it like I'm using it here on a washed, cleaned and dry car but you can also use it on a car that is lightly dirty or with dust accumulation, fingerprints and smudges.
Let's get started with some action shots showing me using the product. Apologies that there's not a single shot of the whole me actually in frame, I should have asked my photographer to step back a few feet before taking the pictures.
Just to note, Andre told me to use this product lightly, that is just a light mist of product and the spread it around using one towel, then flip the towel to the dry side to wipe off any excess while leaving behind a slick, high gloss finish. When taking these pictures, we were trying to capture the SPRAY coming out of the spray head for dramatic photo-impact and so sometimes you have to do it a few times to capture the picture and then you end up with a little extra product on the surface than needed.
Step 1: Mist a little product onto a section of a body panel.
Step 2: Using a clean, soft microfiber towel, spread the product over the surface.
Step 3: Flip your towel to a dry side...
Step 4: Using the dry side of a towel, buff that section of paint to a high gloss, slick shine.
Repeat this process over the rest of the body panels.
The results are streak-free with a super high gloss finish that's slick to the touch.
The clear, glassy results make it easy to see the metallic flake in the paint.
The paint looks like it's melting...
And the surface is slick and slippery. Andre tells me over the next 24 to 48 hours it will become even more slick and slippery.
Here's the final results...
Now this looks right and tight...
There a hundreds of spray detailers on the market and most work pretty good. This new graphene quick detailer works GREAT! It will do what most spray detailers will do, that is remove light dust, fingerprints and smudges but it will also leave behind a layer of graphene-oxide protection that leaves the paint feeling slick with an intense high gloss finish. It also creates, restores and maintain a hydrophobic surface for extreme water beading. This hydrophobic surface creates a self-cleaning effect anytime it rains plus makes future washing and drying faster and easier.
Best of all, it's so easy to use, just mist and wipe. I did my QX30 in under 30 minutes, probably closer to 20 minutes but I kept getting interrupted, so hard to say.
If you're into coatings and love extreme water beading on all your cars, make this your new quick detailer.
