Wanting to be 100% honest, I would have given the kit 5 stars except for an expectation issue I encountered with my order. Prior to placing the order, I called to ask if I could request for some of the pads to be substituted out. I completely understand this is a pre-packaged kit, which is why I asked in advance before placing the order. Already having a set of white, orange and black pads, I requested that one of each color be substituted for three green pads and was told it shouldn't be an issue. I also went one step further and even called again following my order to confirm the special request was included in my order and that it would be fulfilled. Again, I was told the warehouse will get the request and it shouldn't be an issue.
When I got the kit, no green pads. Again, more of an expectation issue. I also called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I can certainly understand and it won't keep me from ordering products again. And once more, this kit is a great purchase for anyone wanting to start with a good foundation for paint correction or anyone wanting to augment their supplies.
