Dodo Juice Born Slippy Clay Lubricant Concentrate

Clay and cleanse at the same time!

Dodo Juice Born Slippy is a sophisticated shampoo-based clay lube that’s designed to offer high lubrication and cleansing but with minimal foaming. In addition to providing a slippery surface for the detailing clay, Born Slippy also enhances the cleaning effect of the clay. Your paint will be left clean, smooth, and slippy, as they say.

Detailing clay works by gliding across the paint and grabbing any foreign particles that protrude from the paint surface. Clay grabs things like brake dust, rail dust, industrial fallout, including metal particles, and overspray. Without lubrication, the clay would just stick to the paint. Dodo Juice Born Slippy provides that much-needed slickness so the clay bar can work its magic. Plus the shampoo-like cleaning ability leaves the paint spotless.

Dodo Juice Born Slippy Concentrate should be diluted with water according to the directions before use. It can be used with any detailing clay bar. For the best results, the paint should be clean and free of any loose debris before using detailing clay.

Dodo Juice Born Slippy has an amazing tangerine scent. If the dual-purpose lube and cleanser doesn't get you hooked, the smell will!

dodo juice slippy clay bar lub
June 9, 2014
is an all around good product. produces a soapy liquid and cleans the paint well. Only problem I had is this product tends to dry quicker than my go-to lubricant - ("Trans-Mate" Detailers Spray Wax).
effective cleaner
dries faster than a spray wax

Super Slick
November 16, 2012
By far the best clay lube I have used. I prefer it to ONR, UWWW, and other qd products. This lube is super slick yet maintains its consistency well enough to easily remove contaminants. You can't go wrong with this.

Best clay lube
November 16, 2011
My previous favorite clay lube had been Meguiar's Last Touch diluted 1:1. However, I had some issues with the clay grabbing and not gliding over the surface of the paint. Not so with Born Slippy! Your clay will glide over the surface of the paint without grabbing, reducing the risk for clay-induced marring. Plus, it smells great! Dodo Juice has a winner!

Works Great

By far the best lube I've used for claying. Works way better than Chemical Guys' Luber and Meguiar's Final Inspection, which are actually pretty good clay lubes in and of themselves.
