Outstanding Addition to Your Car Wash Arsenal

When you first hold it, you know you're using a quality tool (it better be for the price!). The base of the brush is nice and heavy, edged with rubber for a good grip and the bristles are long and densely packed. You will lose a couple (and I literally mean like two) bristles the first time you use it, but that's it. I've used this brush a number of times now and couldn't be happier with it. Most places I'd seen online recommended soaking it before you use it - I soak it in one of my buckets filled with water while I clean my wheels and tires (~10-15 mins).
Glides over paint effortlessly and quickly - coming from a traditional sheepskin mitt, this brush has cut the time it took to wash my car in half. No scratching at all, and it picks up a ton of soapy sudsy water from the bucket. There are a couple of places this brush can't get into (on my Focus ST, I still have to use a mitt to get the space between the rear spoiler and the top of the hatch window), but that's to be expected.
The brush feels custom-designed for use with a grit guard in your rinse bucket - you just lightly press it against the guard and twist to clean the brush. Swish it a little on the way out and shake out any excess water before going back to the soap bucket. When you do this, the results are amazing - I always examine the wash and rinse water as I'm emptying and cleaning out my buckets and the difference between using this brush and the various mitts I've used is unreal. The wash water is practically as clean as it was when I started, while the rinse water has a lot more dirt in it than I was used to seeing. Dirt in the rinse water is dirt that isn't going back into your soap, so thumbs up all around.
The only things that you might hold against it are the price and the distinct funk to the bristles that intensifies when it gets wet. This may go away later on, but after four washes it's still hanging around and it's definitely a little weird.
Scratch-free when soaked before use
Perfect for use with two-bucket method + grit guard
Keeps the dirt in the rinse water
Cons:Might not be able to get every part of your car
