Mothers PowerCone Polishing Tool
Polish narrow and wide spokes and concave metal surfaces with the PowerCone!

Polish tough-to-reach metal surfaces with Mothers PowerCone. This cone-shaped foam polishing tool provides a narrow tip and a broader base and all sizes in between so you have the perfect tool for any concave space. Polish spoke wheels or turn Mothers PowerCone sideways to polish broad metal surfaces. The options are endless!

Mothers PowerCone is made for metal! The soft but dense foam adds a sparkling shine to all uncoated, polishable metal surfaces, including wheels, bumpers, and grills. The narrow tip fits between grill slats or narrow spoke designs. The wider base of the PowerCone is perfect for wide set spokes. For metal bumpers, turn the PowerCone on its side to get fast coverage.

Mothers PowerCone works with any standard electric drill. It features a built-in drill bit. The overall size of the PowerCone is 6 inches from end to end. The narrow tip is solid foam and the base of the cone is cut into tabs to give the foam more flexibility against curved surfaces.

Use Mothers PowerCone with your favorite Mothers metal polish. The PowerCone will brighten metalwork and remove oxidation in less time. Let the PowerCone do the work for you!

Mothers PowerCone can be used sideways for polishing broad surfaces...

For the best results, keep Mothers PowerCone lubricated with polish while it’s spinning. Feather the speed control and use light pressure to avoid wear on the foam. When you’re finished polishing, wash the PowerCone with a degreasing cleanser, like Wolfgang Polishing Pad Rejuvenator.

Mothers has done it again! Mothers PowerCone has a smart design that fits any spoke width and works on all polishable metals. Use the PowerCone this weekend and see how good your wheels can look!

Powercone Joke
August 11, 2011
The powercone is great in theory, however it is total garbage. I used it on one wheel and it did ok, went to start the second one and the plastic shaft snapped. Great constructions Mothers!!! Don't waste your money on it, the foam also starts falling apart....all in all it is total trash...look at wool cones from tool store, they are cheaper and more durable.

Great Product!
March 10, 2010
This is really a great product! While the photos don't actually show it used with polish, when it is damp with polish, the soft foam compresses more easily and gently carries polish across the surface to reveal a great shine! Wipe with a soft Cobra microfiber and you're done in no time, having let the cone do all the work! I use it on brass and aluminum around the house with metal polish, on my clearcoated factory wheels with plastic polish, and on my girlfriend's 20" chrome 9-spoke wheels with chrome polish. I wash it thoroughly in dish soap, rinse and let dry for a couple of days and though it may no longer be bright red, it's still good as new

BEST EVER
July 21, 2009
I have aluminum rims that have been abused to the chicago weather. I thought that the rim were done for but then i saw the Mothers Power cone. I bought it at a local auto parts store and it came with a free bottle of mothers aluminum polish. It took me a long time to do all the rims but when they were done they looked perfect. I have never had the rims this clean since i purchased the car new.

Same result. I did half of one wheel and the end fell off. Way to soft to produce any results. Power Cone??

This thing blew up on the first wheel. This was with a cordless drill and low rpms...dissapointing!
