incorrect items in kit Poor customer service assistance

After discovering kit contained incorrect items I contacted customer service at Auto Geek.net . Who stated it was not possible to have wrong items in kit, basically saying I was being untruthful about this situation. Also stating they would investigate with the picker and packer of the kit. The end result was they did send me a replacement item and confirming it was possible. I have not ordered again from Auto Geek. net and not sure I will ever again based on the very poor experience with their customer service department.
Pros:Prices and reasonable delivery time
Cons:Poor customer service when you do need help.
