2-day Shipping Terms & Conditions

The Promotion begins on December 17, 2025, at 7:59 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends on December 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Orders must be placed and completed within this window to qualify
Eligibility and How to Redeem
  • This Promotion is exclusively for orders placed on our website.
  • To qualify for free 2-Day Shipping, the customer must enter the coupon code 2DAY at the time of checkout. No adjustments will be made for orders where the code was not applied.
  • The Promotion is valid only for shipping addresses within the continental United States.
  • The 2-Day Free Shipping applies only to the shipping charge itself. All other taxes, duties, and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • The Promotion is based on the time the order is successfully submitted on our website, not the time of payment authorization, order processing, or shipment.
Exclusions
The following items are strictly excluded from this Promotion and will not qualify for 2-Day Free Shipping, even if the coupon code is applied:
  • Hazardous Materials (Hazmat): Any item classified as a hazardous material (e.g., flammable liquids, compressed gases) is excluded.
  • Items with Batteries: Products that include or require a battery (e.g., lithium-ion batteries) are excluded due to shipping regulations and restrictions.
  • If an order contains one or more excluded items, the entire order will not qualify for free 2-Day Shipping and standard shipping rates will apply.
  • Products that exceed carrier size or weight limits for 2-Day Shipping are excluded from this Promotion.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses are excluded.
  • Gift cards, gift wrapping services, and similar non-merchandise purchases are excluded.
Shipping and Delivery Details
  • "2-Day Shipping" refers to the transit time only, meaning the package is expected to be delivered within two (2) business days after it has been shipped from our facility.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging before the 2-Day transit time begins. The total time until delivery may therefore be 3-4 business days.
  • Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on a Friday may not be delivered until the following Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the processing time.
  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to meet the 2-Day delivery standard, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather-related delays, volume spikes, etc.).
  • Delivery attempts, signature requirements, or customer unavailability may affect final delivery time and are not the responsibility of Vision Investments.
  • The shipping carrier is selected at our discretion based on destination, package characteristics, and operational considerations.
  • Delivery is subject to the carrier's terms and conditions.
General Conditions
  • This Promotion is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The coupon code 2DAY has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
