The Original California Jelly Blade
Wipe away 90% of standing water with this ultra-flexible blade!

Blade seems like the wrong word for this gadget because it’s not sharp at all. But blade does a good job describing how the Jelly Blade cuts through water. It’s amazing! Like its older siblings, the California Jelly Blade is designed to cut your drying time by two thirds by whisking away 90% of standing water. After washing your vehicle or after a quick rain shower, there’s no faster way to dry your vehicle than the Jelly Blade!

I don’t have to tell you how important it is to completely dry your vehicle after washing it. You’ve seen the damage water spots can do. Prevent water spots with the California Jelly Blade. Like the California Water Blade and the California Dry Blade, the Jelly Blade is made of medical grade silicone that will not scratch paint or glass as it glides over the surface of your vehicle. The T-bar edge pushes an unbelievable amount of water as it contours to the curves of your vehicle. This design is patented and only available from The California Car Duster Company!

What sets the Jelly Blade apart from all others is the ultra-flexible handle. Now the handle bends with the blade so that the Jelly Blade is able to hug more curves and whisk away more water. Sleek, curvaceous vehicles are no problem. The blade glides over curved and concave surfaces, taking 90% of water with it!

The Jelly Blade is safe on any surface. The soft silicone from which the blade was crafted does not retain any abrasive particles that may be on your paint. Compare that to towels and chamois.

The Jelly Blade will work best on a waxed or just-washed vehicle. You do not need to apply pressure when using the blade; just glide it over the wet surface and watch the water move! It may be necessary to wipe around mirrors and the grill with a microfiber towel to prevent drips. I highly recommend the Cobra Guzzler Waffle Weave Towel. Its paint-safe and extremely absorbent.

You’ll find many uses for the California Jelly Blade in your home, too. Use it to clean and dry mirrors to streak-free perfection. Use it to remove excess water from shower doors, glass doors, and windows. The second most common use of this blade is drying shower doors. Remove excess water to prevent water spots and keep your shower looking cleaner.

Get a second Jelly Blade if you own a boat. It’s a great way to quickly remove water from fiberglass or the windshield.

Here’s a tip when cleaning glass: spray the glass or mirror with Stoner Invisible Glass or Sprayway Glass Cleaner. Start at the top of the glass and pull the Jelly Blade down. Have a towel handy to soak up the excess glass cleaner. Work in straight vertical lines. This technique will clean your glass and leave no streaks!

The California Jelly Blade is the fastest way to remove excess water from virtually any surface! The super-flexible handle and blade will whisk away water from curves and cavities better than any other drying blade!

I ended up giving mine away. I must have bought a defective one because this one was leaving rubber streaks all over the paint and glass. I ended up switching back to the original California waterblade.

Sheets off a good majority of the water after washing. Cuts drying time down signifacantly. The pliability of it works great on the contours of the automobile.

uses of the blade

We had a new tile shower with glass shower doors installed. After looking at the pathetic excuses for squeegies( in the women's stores) to wipe down tile/glass after showering as a means to cut down scum accumulation,, I shortly decided that there had to be a better way...so,after looking around, this was what I found. Since it works for cars, I thought it should work for what I needed. It does!! Perfectly.

Removes Water Fast

I have been using the CWB for many years now with great results. I have a very large truck and getting all the water of without it would normally take up to 4 large WW towels. With the Water Blade i can reduce that to 2 Waffle Weaves and it cuts the drying time down immensely. There is no need to worry about marring or damage to the paint as long as you are working a freshly washed car and the water blade has been rinsed off prior to use. Great product for large SUV/Trucks and anything else you want to get large amounts of water off with fast.
