Doesn't hurt durability of the stuff you put on top
April 12, 2014
Its a little hard to tell where the glaze ends and the product on top begins, is it not? I will say this: This has not hurt the durability of the sealant (Collinite 476) I put on top of it one bit. If anything, it seems to provide a surface that allows the sealant or wax a good purchase to cling to your car. Its not some oily thing like a glazed doughnut.
As to appearance, well, again its hard to tell where the benefits of the glaze ends and the shine of the sealant begins, especially on a car with a finish in good conditiion, but I am certain this did not hurt the appearance, and I believe it helped it a little.
I gave it four stars, because although its not essential, I believe it is helpful, fairly priced, and probably a big help in the right conditions. (darker colors).
